When and how often will I be billed?

You will be billed once per month on either the 1st or 15th of each month.

How does the automatic gratuity work?

Alabama Nail Co. membership gratuity promise automatically adds a 18% gratuity charge to your card on file for each service received instead of cash tipping. 100% of the gratuity charge goes to the nail technician that performs your service.

Can I ask for add-ons on top of my membership agreement?

Absolutely! However, all add ons aside from the membership agreement will be charged at full price.

What if I’m traveling or can’t make it to an appointment?

You can make an appointment that works for you within the billing period on your membership plan.

Do I only get one appointment per month? What if I want more?

You are welcome to visit more often throughout the month and we will honor your membership price. Any enhancements or nail repairs will be charged at full price.

What if I need to reschedule?

We require a 24 hour notice for any rescheduling request.

What if I want to change the billing frequency in my membership agreement?

You cancel your membership at any time with a 30 day cancellation. Just stop by the salon to update your membership agreement or email us at hello@alabamanailco.com.
